different password for different subdirectory

I need 2 logins for a website Login 1 : For www.example.org/ with user@some.url and Password1 Login 2 : For www.example.org/otherdir/ with otheruser@other.url and Password2

Now Firefox 140 keeps deleting the subdirectory /otherdir/ when storing the Login2 and merges the logins with whatever was given second. Login 2 is not possible. Login 1 gets corrupted.

This is a bug.

Hi,

Unfortunately, currently you can't save more than one login entry for a single domain. That's not a bug but a design limitation.

There is an enhancement request filed to change that, but I don't think it's being worked on: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1808391
