why receiving "not authorized" wording after signing into a web site and then trying to browse, ie american airlines with trying to find a flight.

recently when trying to book a flight on American airlines i get a "not authorized to access the server". No problem logging in. has been happening on other web sites as well. seems somewhat random.

You mention "Windows 11" in system details, however this appears like it was posted from Windows 8 — which then limits what Firefox version gets installed for you.

Haven't you by any chance checked "Compatibility mode" for the icon? https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1569994

After you uncheck it, it should update itself over time, from 115 to 128 and to 140 that should resolve the issue.

For some reason Firefox is showing Windows 8 when I am on Windows 11. This error issue just started a couple weeks ago after some updates, I assume, as I made no changes. Can't find where to review/change the compatibility mode. in Firefox. System works fine with Chrome and Edge.

Please follow this link for a video demonstrating how to unset it: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1569994#answer-1806545
