I have always used a master password for years and I love it. Ever since the last update came in it will not keep my passwords after I shut my computer down. I have to re enter them every day. How can I fix this?

Hello,

Here are some ways to fix it : -Restart Firefox and Computer

-Check for "Clear History" Settings: Ensure Firefox is not set to "Delete cookies and site data when Firefox is closed." Go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Cookies and Site Data.

-Use Troubleshoot Mode: Start Firefox in troubleshoot mode

Fixing potential corrupted files : -Remove Key Files: Open your Firefox profile folder (about:support) close Firefox, and delete logins.json and key4.db, then restart Firefox. This will likely require you to re-enter saved passwords.

-Restore from Old Profile: If you have an old Firefox data folder on your desktop, copy logins.json (passwords) and key4.db (encryption keys) into your current active profile folder.

Check for Multiple Profiles: Type about:profiles in the address bar to check if a new, empty profile was created during the update instead of using your old one.
