Bei Absenden der email (wilhelm-wisch@t-online.de) folgende Fehlermeldung: "Senden der Nachricht fehlgeschlagen. Fehler beim Senden der Nachricht, SMTP-Server Fehler. Der Mail-Server antwortete: IP=38.246.32.196 - Your address is blocked.

Thunderbird cannot fix this, and is just reporting the problem message it received. Your IP is possibly blocked for spam. Not necessarily by you. You might check https://mxtoolbox.com/blacklists.aspx to see results of an IP check.
