Everytime i open mozilla, its just gives me the blank page. i go to the settings and change it but when i close mozilla and open it again it gives me blank page. i cant understand the problem.

  1. Is about:support also empty or broken?
  2. Did you previously move your profile folder to non-standard location?

So after every restart, Settings -> Home -> New tab is set to "blank page" instead of "Firefox Home (default)"?
