- cliick 'account settings' from menu - in left column, scroll down to 'outgoing servers SMTP' and click - the next screen lists your SMTP servers. click the desired one - here you can set the authentication, such as 'normal password', or Oauth2 the proper authentication depends on your email providers recommended settings.
