When I open Firefox in Windows 11 a small window appears that reads, "Firefox Couldn't load XPCOM. I have not found any solutions to stop this that work. Will Mozilla fix this?

You have to download full installer from https://www.firefox.com/download/all and install it.

Is a full installer a Windows 64bit or a Windows 64bit MSI?

May be Windows 64bit. More important is that it should be more than 50MB.
