I have attached an image of the setting panel that used to have options for the home screen of Firefox. There are no wallpapers to choose from and the Home screen is barren.

Works for me. see screenshot What OS? If windows, home or pro and what security software are you running besides MS Defender? What version of Firefox?

I had the same problem. Wallpaper options had disappeared. I noticed I had an update pending for Firefox, and after updating the wallpaper options were back.

That's so true. If you download the update, but do not restart. The browser does misbehave.
