Using Windows 11 version 24hr, Printer MFG-J470DW, AVG Internet security, Windows security, AVG antivirus, Have reinstalled FIREFOX and Printer drivers and when i try to print nothing goes to PRINT FILE will from Chrome etc, I am at a loss as what to do. I am not a computer whiz........being 80 things happen slowly. Have found FIREFOX great for 25 years.

Yeah, that’s a Firefox thing sometimes. Try clearing the print settings by typing `about:config` in the address bar, search for “print_” and reset them all. Also make sure Firefox is up to date, that fixed it for me.
