Hi there! Fellow Firefox user here. Check out this article, it may be helpful: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/refresh-firefox-reset-add-ons-and-settings. Or try this: Press Windows + R, type: firefox.exe -safe-mode and hit Enter. If Firefox opens, click “Refresh Firefox…” in the dialog box.
