Lost tabs sent from other device in Firefox when force-closing browser

I recently sent a lot of tabs from my phone to my computer. However, when I started Firefox on my computer, since Firefox tried to load the content of all sent tabs immediately instead loading them lazily (which I think probably should be the default behavior), it took a very long time for Firefox to display even the tab that was currently selected, and I therefore decided to kill Firefox and reopen it, in the hope that all new tabs would load lazily. Instead, when I reopened Firefox, none of the new tabs where there anymore; it was as if they had never been sent. I would like to get them back, but I have no idea how to. Does anyone know if that is possible and, if so, how?

With Firefox closed, you're taking one files from the sessionstore-backups folder (with a date before the issue happened and bigger size) and moving it to the profile directory which should be 1 folder up and then renaming it to sessionstore.jsonlz4. Helpful link. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1415643

I'm not sure how that would help. The problem is that the tabs I sent from the other device was never loaded on this device, and before the issue had happened, I definitely didn't have the tabs on this device because then I hadn't sent them from the other device. So how could they be in a backup from an earlier date?

The tabs you want are on the phone? If so, just send them again and this time let the process complete.

If you have sync setup, you can just log into the same account that being used on the on the computer and get the tabs while on the computer. See the screenshot of my other devices and versions of Firefox that I have access to. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/how-do-i-set-sync-my-computer https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/how-do-i-choose-what-information-sync-firefox

An extension like Lazy Tabs might help:

When Lazy Mode is ON all new background tabs are automatically paused.

No, I closed them immediately after sending them to my computer, since there wasn't any need of keeping them on my phone too (or so I thought).

What is a background tab? Does this also include tabs sent from other devices? If so, it might be interesting to prevent the same thing from happening in the future.

Could you explain what you mean in a bit greater detail? The tabs don't exist on any of my devices since I closed them immediately after sending them from my phone, and I never really received them on my computer. How do you mean I should "get the tabs while on the computer"?

Where is the profile folder located on iPhone?

It is not possible to inspect the profile folder on a mobile device (Android and iPhone), you can only do this on a desktop device.
