There nothing that can be done since no backup was made if there was you had to backup the correct locations to restore them back. And sync isn't something that can help if this wasn't set or other devices was logged out. If this if no backup or synced and only "Reinstall" then everything is gone.

You can check if you have an C:\Windows.old folder.
