recovering my previous yahoo account
Not able to recover my yahoo account that has been in use for over 10 years! Very sensitive files and emails are locked in there, mostly Patients records!! Yahoo wants driver license and credit card # first to solve the problem. I have tried everything. It used to be easy to recuperate a forgotten Password or user name to sign in. Is this legal what they are doing? They say one can get help free on line, but they always use---Invalid entrance and direct you again to this paid service only if you give them driverlicense and credit Card. Is there a way to get some help? Please!!!

This does not sound like an issue with Firefox but is something that the Yahoo support team should be able to help you with.
Tried to get yahoo, But, Still directs to Yahoo+ with have driver license and credit card ready! I am trying Government avenues. Thanks anyway!
Probably you have already tried the recovery in the Microsoft Edge browser to see whether it works differently there but, if not, I suggest trying it.
