I keep deleting program Google4 from my computer, and Firefox brings it back.

What is it? How do you mean: 'and Firefox brings it back.' ? During startup? While browsing?
I do not see at what point Firefox brings it back, I simply find it the next time I search for it.
Where do you find it? What does it do?
When I clicked on Goodle4, I found that it is not a program, but rather a library containing metadata files and VLPSET files with names such as: goog-badbinurl-proto.metadata, goog-badbinurl-proto.vlpset, and more with similar names. Is there a way to shut this off in Firefox?
I called for more help.

Download Goog-badbinurl-proto.metadata and Fix Errors
The development of Mozilla Firefox 70.0b13 by Mozilla Foundation prompted the latest creation of goog-badbinurl-proto.metadata. It is also known as a Acronis True Image Metadata file (file extension METADATA), which is classified as a type of Data (Acronis True Image Metadata) file.
I don't know what it is.
