Hello?
Without access to the authenticator app or recovery codes that you can use instead is it impossible to get access to an account that is protected by 2FA.
I just want you to send me the recovery code again to the same email with which the account was created Is two-step verification more important to you than the account email?
Please solve my problem. I really need my account
The two-step verification application may even be deleted by mistake, and all of its information may no longer be available, but it is very unlikely that there will be a problem with email account. Your priority should be email account
I am sorry, but we are unable to send the codes again. Do you still have the data on another device that you use Firefox Sync with?
No, as I said before, I am logged out with all devices
I want to log in to my account with the same device I logged in before
You will need to set up a new account.
Firefox Sync does not store data online - it is designed to transfer data between devices - so your data should still be in a copy of Firefox.
But I need the information on the account
The account does not store your passwords. Firefox Sync is designed to move passwords and bookmarks between copies of Firefox, not as an online backup.
We will not be able to access you account.
Please return my account My life depends on it I have access to both my mother's email and my mother's phone number Please solve my problem [email address] [telephone number] You can answer me with the same account I can send you an email

I enabled two-step verification on June 22, 2021, but you did not send me the recovery code
The two step verification would be through an app on your device - not something that we would have access to.
We are unable to resend the recovery codes.
The Firefox Account does not store your passwords and bookmarks. Firefox Sync is designed to transfer them between devices.
But you can remove two-step verification
We cannot no, you would need to be able to sign into your account to be able to do this.
How do I log in when I do not have two-step verification available?
If you do not have your password, 2FA app or recovery codes, you will not be able to access your account.
