I have multiple email accounts in Thunderbird however when I view my outgoing server SMTP settings in account settings I see only one is set to default. Does this mean all my outgoing emails use this one default outgoing email server details? If so can I not us each email accounts own outgoing email server?

Add separate smtp servers for each account in Tools/Account Settings, Outgoing Server (SMTP) at the bottom left, then assign the smtp servers to each account so the User Names match. It helps to give each smtp server a unique Description, especially with multiple accounts on the same server.
