Sorry for the inconvenience. If your Firefox is set up to connect to your Firefox Account for Sync, the dialog usually will come up within the first 60 seconds of starting the browser. If Sync isn't urgent, you can tap the Esc key to cancel the dialog, but I don't know of any setting to delay it automatically.
