Just updated my Thunderbird up to version 78.4.0 and I really hate how it looks now, everything is in shades of gray. How can I rollback last update or force Thunderbird to return it's old design?

Much better than a poke in the eye with a blunt stick.

The chosen solution is helpful, but incomplete. The add-on greatly improves the colorization of the folder and menu icons, but does not address the "interface" changes that make the application feel like another web browser instead of a full blown windows application.

Options and Account Settings now consume WAY TOO MUCH screen real estate.

When I select an account from the left accounts/folders pane, it does not make sense to see new account options. Those should be in the global File > New, menu.

Importing from another program is a tool that is likely to only be used once, if at all, and should be grouped as a "Tool".
