After updating Mozilla Thunderbird from version 60.5.1 to version 60.5.2/60.5.3/60.6.0 don't working "send to -> mail recipient" randomly. For example: all files with Russian characters don't attaching and nothing happen, some files with English characters don't attaching. HKLM\SOFTWARE\Clients\Mail\Mozilla Thunderbird\SupportUTF8 - 0. Trying clean install - didn't help. When I'm downgrade from 60.5.2/60.5.3/60.6.0 to 60.5.1 version there is bug with encoding (e.x. "Сообщение готово к отправке"), but files attaching.

Download the installer from https://www.thunderbird.net/ and run it. You do not need to uninstall. It is a known bug.
