What is it you are trying to copy? text, images? What is the web address you are having problems with? What about other web pages?

i'm trying to copy text websites are some blogs and aliexpress.com other pages like facebook and google works great

Might be few websites are restricted to copy information from there site ( I mean to say Ctrl+C function will be disabled).

Could you test in Firefox's Safe Mode? In its Safe Mode, Firefox temporarily deactivates extensions, hardware acceleration, and some other advanced features to help you assess whether these are causing the problem.

If Firefox is not running: Hold down the Shift key when starting Firefox.

If Firefox is running: You can restart Firefox in Safe Mode using either:

  • "3-bar" menu button > "?" button > Restart with Add-ons Disabled
  • Help menu > Restart with Add-ons Disabled

and OK the restart.

Both scenarios: A small dialog should appear. Click "Start in Safe Mode" (not Refresh).

Hi, could you give this quick fix a try : uninstall Firefox. Then Delete the Mozilla Firefox Folders in C:\Program Files and C:\Program Files(x86) Then restart system. Then run Windows Disk Cleanup. (Note: This should be Pinned and run Weekly, If never done below expect 10's of gig's) Then run it again and click the button that says Cleanup System Files. Note: your Firefox Profile is saved. But you should make a back up before you do :

Reinstall with Current Release Firefox 58.0.2 with a Full Version Installer

Hi, did you uninstall as per the instructions and did you reinstall with the full version installer ?

If you did and it is not working still : REFRESH INSTRUCTIONS

Please Refresh but do this 1st: Delete your Cookies and Cache and TEST.

TEST....... If no issues then Extensions which need to be added back in 1 at a time and tested ..... Or it is your Profile : Make a new one and test ...:

all the possible choices same as uninstall clean cache delete data change account no account at all i had done it is there any setting in about:config or setting associated with graphics card that may cause this problem
