I have no idea what "account provider" means. My email is with BT but they say the fault lies with my server.

You need to give more details on this, otherwise all we can do is guess.

Since you mentioned BT and account suspended there is for example links like

Hi there,

If you are seeing a page similar to the one in the image I have linked then that means the website you are attempting to access was suspended. If it is your website then I would highly suggest getting in contact with your hosting provider.

The Firefox web-browser is a web-browser which allows you to access the internet, it does not host websites/servers or e-mails. So we cannot provide support for this issue.

Hopefully the first reply answers your question but, if not, could you give a little more detail about this:

Where do you see the error message that your account was suspended?

For example, is it on a particular web page? If so, can you provide the address of the page?

If it is in an email message (or reply, or nondelivery receipt), can you copy/paste the error into a reply? Replace any sensitive information with XXXX or similar since this is a public forum.
