All of the sudden my computer is telling me that my URL is not valid? WHY????
I do not understand why all of the sudden that my URL is not valid. I let a friend use my computer and he might have changed some of my settings without knowing it. HELP!!!

No, what URL is Firefox giving you an error about? If you check your home page settings, what is there? How to set the home page
Try to use the SearchReset extension to reset some preferences to the default values.
Note that the SearchReset extension only runs once and then uninstalls automatically, so it won't show on the "Firefox > Add-ons" page (about:addons).
Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions (Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance).
