I lost every bookmark and configuration
I have lost my profile in firefox, i have an account sync but after restarting my pc i lost everything and seems the profile is not existing and when i re log with my account i did not recover anything.
Please help me it is a big problem.

If the laptop was reset or Firefox was reinstalled, bookmarks and settings will only come back if they were synced before the reset.
Please check the following: 1. Open Firefox and sign in to the same Firefox Account you used earlier. 2. Go to Menu → Settings → Sync and confirm that bookmarks and settings were enabled before the reset. 3. Visit about:sync-log to see if any sync errors are shown. 4. If you had a Firefox profile backup, check:
C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles You may be able to restore bookmarks from a bookmarks.html or places.sqlite file.
If Sync was not enabled before formatting/resetting the laptop, unfortunately, Firefox cannot recover bookmarks or configurations automatically.
Let us know if Sync was enabled earlier or if you see any old Firefox profile folders on your system.
