Scan QR code in Firefox app

How to make Firefox my default browser on my new computer a Windows 11 computer. I’m to the point where I’ve got a pop-up window, which says sync Firefox on your phone or tablet. I am asked toOpen Firefox on my mobile device. Then Go to the menu and tap sign in. That’s where I am. Now I’m asked to tap “ready to scan” and hold my phone over the code. Unfortunately, my Firefox app does not show a ready to scan option after I get to sign in. Help!!

It sounds like you’re almost there! On some versions of the Firefox app, the “Ready to Scan” button doesn’t appear right away try closing the app completely and reopening it, then go to the menu → sign in again. Sometimes it only shows after a quick refresh. Also make sure your Firefox app is fully updated. I’ve done similar setups and keeping notes in Phonexa helped me track which devices were synced and avoid confusion. Once it shows, you should be able to scan the QR code and finish the login.

I have this Problem too. But closing and re opening doesn’t help. Is the Problem that I’m on IOS perhaps?

Same problem here, newest version on IOS but no option to scan the QR Code
