Hi friends. We have had some recent power outages when everything was back up running my youtube screen only shows the video but everything else is white. I will try to attach a screenshot.

I am running an iMac with system Sonoma 14.4.1 installed.

I have used Firefox for over 10 years with no problems.

Does it still happen in a new profile? An easy way to test a new profile is to install Developer Edition and see if it happens there or refresh your existing profile. Make sure you stay signed out of your sync account when testing.

Try clearing site cookies.

Does it still happen in Troubleshoot Mode?

I cleared all site cookies and it did not correct the problem.

I don't see Troubleshoot Mode in the settings.

Try holding down the Option key while starting Firefox to get into Troubleshoot Mode.

It does the same thing in Troubleshoot Mode.

Try changing DNS over HTTPS (DoH) to "Off" or "Max Protection" and in Connection Settings change "Use system proxy settings" to "No proxy".

Changed DNS over HTTPS (DoH) to off and then to Max with no change. Also changed Connection Settings to system proxy settings with no change....... Still baffled

I have attached a screenshot.

Wow! That worked. What could have caused that to happen? Something got corrupted??

Thanks, Larry

To clarify, I refreshed my profile.
