I'm encountering some difficulties with my current account, which is locked out. I would like to request assistance from the support team to help me delete my account and remove my personal information from the platform. However, I'm having trouble finding the contact information for the support team. I couldn't locate their email address or phone number, and I'm hesitant to post my personal email address and information on a public forum.

I'm feeling quite frustrated, as I've never encountered such challenges with an app before. It appears that I'm unable to reach the Firefox support team at the moment. Can someone please provide guidance on how I can securely and privately request their assistance in deleting my account and personal information?

I had to create a new account just to post this question because my original account got locked out. This happened because I recently acquired a new phone and didn't transfer the two-step authentication information to my new device.

Hey Dropa, I'm not sure if you understand. I can't even log in to delete my account. That was why I reach out to ask if anyone can help me get a hold of the Mozilla Support team. That is all. You said the data is local. But if it is really local, how come if I log in through my phone, these data will transfer to my phone, no matter where I am, even if I'm close to the computer or not. Did what I explain make sense?

You can try the email contact in the bottom of the https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/im-having-problems-confirming-my-firefox-account#w_your-firefox-account-has-been-locked KB article I linked to.

Because there are Sync Servers and not peer to peer as Dropa thinks it is.

Well yeah that was my question. Where else can I contact support? There is no where to go to. The support link to this help forum, what can I expect from this?

Ignore Dropa as he mixes things up , refers to Firefox web browser as a company and does not realize there are sync servers.

The reason the the above Knowledge Base articles may mention Mozilla Account is because it is in process of being renamed from Firefox Account to Mozilla Account by Nov 1st.

In case of issues caused by losing access to the authenticator app and also no recovery code, there no way to recover access to the account.

So there is really no way for me too delete my account? I don't want to access it. I just want

Mozella team to remove my account entirely, as I mentioned for privacy concerns.
