How do I perform a roll-back to Version 115.0 or earlier? Workflow fell apart with subsequent updates after Version 115.0. Version 116.0.2 no better.

As a loyal user since days of Mozilla, really don't want to have to migrate everything to Chrome/Chromium or, Heaven forbid, MS Edge.

I am not aware of any changes in Firefox between versions 115 to 116 that would cause any changes in workflow. What are the changes you are experiencing?
