I am using Firefox's translate feature to translate websites so what I need to know now is how to set Firefox translate Feature to immediately and automatically translate the web pages I visit every day without me having to tell it to every time.

AFAIK by default Firefox has no translation ability other then changing or adding language. What your asking is something only Chrome can do on the fly. If your using Addon for this then you need to contact the developer for more help on their software.
Which extension are you using? I don't see any such setting for Mozilla's extension.
