Problem syncing mobile and desktop.

Both my computer and my tablet are logged into my Firefox account, the page at accounts.firefox.com lists both devices, yet for some reason they won't sync. I've synced two mobile devices before, and it worked fine. I've spent a good portion of today trying to figure it out, and have gone half mad from frustration. Please can you help me? Thank you!

Hi, you can try setting up automatic sync by following the steps below: Step 1: Open Settings in your firefox browser. Step 2: Select "Sync" on the left side of the page. Step 3: Log in to your account. (skip this step if you are logged in) Step 4: Select the categories you would like to sync. Step 5: Click on "Sync Now", your device should be synced with the account now.

I tried that, but I'm already syncing bookmarks, history, and open tabs. It still doesn't work. Still, thanks for taking the time to answer me. I really appreciate that!

You can open about:sync-log via the location bar to see if recent Sync logs are available. You can upload the file to a website like Pastesite if you can't post the content of the file in a reply.
