Hi Firefox Team,

I wanted to ask, whether you know any solution to my streaming problem. I noticed that my download speed is incredibly fast, when I am running a download in the background of my PC. This can be a windows-update or updating a game via steam. But when I am not downloading anything, then Youtube cant even stream 360p without buffering every 10 seconds. I feel like the Firefox-Browser is not telling my PC that it needs the internet and thus does not get it, but when another program needs internet, It gets enough to work.

I've started using the new PWA feature in Firefox. Some of the websites I've installed show a generic globe from 4 black lines icon. I am assuming because the favicon is not available or something.

I've changed the shortcut icon by going into the Windows properties dialog. It does change the icon on the taskbar while the PWA is closed, but as soon as I open it, it reverts the globe icon.

Is there a way I can manually change the icon the PWA is using?

I want to add shortcuts that appear when I open a new tab. The instructions say to go to the site you want to add, then click on the 3 dots and choose add your shortcut. I don't see the three dots to click on, just the 3 lines. Any help would be appreciated.

Since the last update the fonts have been too small. I have altered the fonts on the web pages, but the fonts on the menu bar remain too small and I cannot seem to alter them. I have increased my overall settings to 120%, but this has not helped. Any ideas?

so i was using my pc (and firefox) normally, when i then turned off the machine as usual.

when i turned my pc on again and opened firefox, everything was gone, i wasn't signed in and all my bookmarks and several home url's were not there, you don't need me to tell you that's not normal.

of course, i followed the most logical course of actions, i signed into my firefox account (from which i am sending this ticket), and expected all my data to magically sync, which it didn't, so i then tried to sync in manually, looking for any backup file on my pc (i couldn't find any, though i can't say i know what one looks like so...)

hopefully this can be fixed because i had auto-sync on and it would be a bummer to lose everything and slowly rebuild my browser ui from the ground up

Have 5yr old HP laptop and 6 mo old HP Laptop No issue logging into Schwab until today with old laptop Message says cannot authorize access Firefox is up to date If I change to Chrome; login works Ok Schwab IT person said something wrong with my Firefox

Hello, I encountered an issue today where, upon starting my PC and opening Firefox, I found that I had been logged out of every website. My bookmarks, browsing history, and extensions are all still present, and I am using my usual profile. However, all active login sessions were cleared. I haven't changed any privacy settings recently, and I'm wondering if this is a known issue following a recent update or if it indicates a corruption in my profile's cookie storage. Could you please advise if this is a "normal" occurrence or if there are steps I should take to prevent this from happening again?

What is the problem that isn't allowing my emails to load? It was fine until today. My hotmail email (outlook live) is what I use as my home page. Seems to connect, but just blank space where messages usually appear.

My old computer quit working. It had Windows 10 I purchased a new computer form Best Buy. They were unable to retrieve My bookmarks as I had left the 13 digit code to retrieve them. I am home now and have the code but do not know how to use it to retrieve the bookmarks. How do I proceed?

I have been using Firefox for last couple of years. Two days ago I got a bunch of updates, which reminded be of how AOL used to update, ie days of confusion.

SO NOW I CANT EVEN GET ON INTERNET! So here am a few days before Christmas, and can't access my bank account, or stocks. And I had no idea Firefox was going to institute these changes.

I can't express how stupid these unauthorized changes have been (without notification!) to users. Please remove this crap ASAP, and demote the group that thought a week before Christmas was a good time to make changes.

Firefox Sidebar view only shows a 'Search' window and no Bookmarks or History lists

I have never had this problem before.
I can still view Bookmarks or History but only if I select it.
