I have been doing my banking online for years, now when I try to go to the website it states "error sec library failure". I am a senior easy instructions.
How can I fix my computer to accept the website for my bank. I have been doing my banking for years on my computer and the last week I can't get in and had to go into the bank. A warning comes up "error sec library failure. I am a senior and do not understand what it is trying to tell me. thanks for any help

Many site issues can be caused by corrupt cookies or cache.
- Clear the Cache and
- Remove Cookies
Warning ! ! This will log you out of sites you're logged in to. You may also lose any settings for that website.

If there is still a problem, Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link} by holding down the <Shift> (Mac=Options) key, and then starting Firefox.
A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Did this help?
While you are in safe mode;
Try disabling graphics hardware acceleration in Firefox. Since this feature was added to Firefox it has gradually improved but there are still a few glitches.

This may have nothing to do with your current problem, but your system details show that there is a dodgy extension installed - at least it does not come from the official addons.mozzila.org page :
Ad Remover 4.13.0
Unless you installed it yourself, would you please go the 3-bar menu => Addons => Extensions and remove it ?
