I was a Thunderbird user for a long time, and so signed up for monthly donations in support. But I ended Thunderbird use when switching to a new computer, and now I'd like to cease that monthly automatic billing. But the Donor Portal doesn't work - the login link is never sent. So how do I terminate this monthly billing?

I am trying to download YouTube thumbnails in their original resolution (HD quality) using my mobile browser, but I’m facing some issues. Sometimes the image doesn’t load properly, or it downloads in lower quality.

I have tried different methods, including manually modifying the image URL and using an online YouTube thumbnail downloader, but the results are not consistent.

For reference, I tried using this tool: https://thumbload.net/

to download thumbnails, but I still experience issues on mobile.

Is this a browser-related limitation or a setting issue? How can I properly download full-quality YouTube thumbnails on mobile without errors?

I had to uninstall my VPN because it was frozen, and I couldn't even switch it on, even when I restarted my computer.

This has happened before, so I had it uninstalled & then downloaded it again.

You will see proof, by the screenshot I have attached to this email, please advise manufacturer.

As of around 6 weeks ago (bit of a guess) I no longer have the option of pausing/playing media on a tab from the tab list. For at least the last few years prior to this issue, whenever I had a tab playing media (mostly video, but sometimes audio e.g. a podcast episode on BBC.com) there would be a small pause button for that tab in the tab list.

I've attached a screenshot. The tab with the purple circle is currently playing a MP4 video (streamable.com) and I would usually see a pause button, I think where the circle is located but might have been in a different corner.

I have to click more than once to get almost everything.I have to do it in yahoo mail when I want to delete something or move it to a different folder,dropdown for firefox bookmarks. Even when playing a game I have to click an item in several times before it finally grabs item and I can use it It happens on FB when I click on a reel I want to see almost everything. It is driving me insane. I tried using Chrome just to see if it did the same thing and it does. Could this be a Dell problem? Of course my warranty is over.

I need to log into websitetrafficrewards.con and extraordinarysolos.com and supertools.com but they arenot loading with firefox or chrome.

I tried using the private window option on Firefox to log into Walmart.com, and I was able to log in. This is a work around, but would still like to know what's causing this issue.

I have a paid Mozilla VPN account that is good to Dec 11th 2026. I have a new computer with Windows 11. How to I attach VPN to Firefox on this new computer and operating system?

It seems as if in efforts such as Mozilla Firefox would want to elicit feedback from its community of users. However, it seems as if that is not even an afterthought. Many products make it very easy to offer feedback or recommendations or feature requests. Why is there no such thing that I can see for Firefox? Maybe it's there and I'm missing it! 🙃😁🙂

According to my settings, Firefox should clear the cache completely. Bur it is never fully cleared, there are always about. 9.3 MB left at the temporary data. It should be 0 MB. Even clearing the cache "manually" does not clear it completely. HOW CAN I CLEAR MY CACHE COMPLETELY? (Firefox / Windows 11)
