Did you download Firefox from the official Mozilla website? If not, your version may contain a virus. Follow the steps below:

1. Remove the program from your computer completely
2. Run a full scan for malware, viruses and bad registries
3. Download and install Firefox from here

You may have downloaded a Firefox version that isn't really free in spite of what was stated...

Only download Firefox from the official Mozilla server to get the real version and not one with possibly extras.
