I installed and have now uninstalleda program from Applian (freecorder I think) but am left with a community toolbar with a button leading to theFreecorder help page. I don't want either the extra toolbar or the button. How do I get rid of it? I tried removing and reinstalling Firefox but this has not done it.

Hi,

Please try going to Tools (or Alt + T) > Add-ons, click Extensions on the left and if it is listed on the right, Remove it. Otherwise you may have to go to the Add/Remove Programs in the OS Control Panel and remove it from there.
