I can't dowmload firefox. I hit run and nothing happens

I have tried to download firefox 3 times and eac h time I get to the window to choose "eun, save" etc i hit run and nothing happened...no install wizard or anything

have you tried "save" and then execute the downloaded file? which URL are you using?

Okay, I tried clicking on run instead of save with the same results...the window disappeared...no setup wizard...nothing

You need to download the Firefox installer and save the file to your computer (e.g. Desktop).
If there are problems with downloading (e.g. the file is corrupted) then you may need to disable your anti-virus software temporarily.
You may need the run the installer as Administrator (right-click: Run as ... > Administrator).
