Can not import an .ics file with a task entry into calendar

Hi, I have previously posted a question on this issue. But no feedback yet probably because my unclear question. The problem is importing a .ics into the newest Thunderbird (92.2.1). I have attached a picture of a test .ics file and loading hangs when I try to import it. If I delete the task entry ("todo" entry) the import works fine. Import is only a problem on my Windows 10 pc's, not on my Linux/debian pc's.
