I am attempting to import my Windows Live Mail 2012 to Mozilla Thunderbird. I created a new folder on "Local Folders" I right clicked on the new folder but there was no option to select ImportExportTools > Import all messages.

See the attached picture that you should find in Tools/Add-ons/Extensions.

Or, drag the xpi file you downloaded and drop it onto Tools/Add-ons/Extensions.

I have downloaded the ImportExportTool link and saved it to my Download folder. Trying to follow the instructions, there is no tiny button to the left of the search window to access the "Install Add-on From File" option.
