When I click my browser button I get error message "Unable to start correctly(0x0000022) click ok to start. I follow directions and nothing happens. I when to support and followed directions to solve problem including new download and deleting old file and reinstalling but still does not work. Need help or I have to find a different browser. Safari for window seems to work ok
