I can't get firefox to down load on my windows 8 computer.

when I click free download I get box at bottom of screen about installer and options to run or save but nothing happens when either option is chosen.

Try downloading Firefox from here: https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/all/

Save it to disk, then start the install by double-clicking the exe.
