This started 2 weeks ago, messages came through from her address fine before. Her email address hasn't changed. I don't think I have blocked her - if I have it was unknowingly as don't know how to. I don't know how top unblock addresses either.

The returned message would have a reason attached. That would be the answer. There is no blocking mechanism in Thunderbird.

Thunderbird does not block incoming mail, it just downloads from server. TB may then filter emails into eg: Inbox or Junk or another fodler depending upon your filtered options,

Basically, this is not a Thunderbird issue. If emails are not getting through to your server, then Thunderbird cannot sownload them.

If returned to her then there should have been some useful info in the undelivered mail to say why.

As a guess, it is possible that your server mail account had reached it's quota and was full at the time she sent the email, so it could not be delivered to the server. Deleting emails off the server may resolve this.

It is also possible that she had attached an attachment which was too large to be received by your server. Suggest she uses a different method like FileLink.

If her IP address / account has been deemed as sending spam then the server may be blocking her. If she is sending via port 25, then perhaps the server is blocking her.
