When I run Firefox in troubleshooting mode I can log into citibank. When I return to normal I cannot. I've turned one extension after another off. None of them seem to be causing the problem.

This all started when I created a container for Banking. it has been a problem ever since.

I'm running Firefox Dev edition and I cannot get it to load any pages except for Mozilla pages. I have tried all the fixes suggested there and it still refuses to connect. I'm at my wits end. Any hail mary optoins or do I have to reinstall and start again?

For some reason, many homepages looks wrong when I'm using firefox from my laptop (mac). I don't know why and can't find any ways to make it better. Can anyone help me?

I'm not very computer savvy but I followed a website a few months ago to edit Firefox so it'd default to dark mode. I think I went in and edited source code? I can't find the instructions anymore but I'd like to revert back to the original setting. How do I do that? I tried to refresh Firefox but it's still coming back with some websites in dark mode and some not. Please advise!

I attempted to install a router but Mozilla sent a caution message that the brand (Net Gear) was insecure. Which brands are secure routers?>I have a Mac Book Air purchased a few months ago and have never had internet at home. This is first attempt. Thanks.

I tried to log in to my bank and it says "access denied." I may have changed a setting or something on Firefox or my VPN. I'm confused, am not very computer savvy. I went to Apple store last weekend for phone and they said I should use Safari for info security, so I made that default on my Mac Mini (where I'm writing now) for a couple days, but then got blocked from a website where I plan to apply for a job, so I went back to Firefox, after I read articles saying that Firefox is more secure. I am using a VPN, so is that part of the problem ? (shouldn't be, because I have had that for a year or so). I don't know what to do, and it is after 12:45 am now, and I have to go to bed, have to get up for work in 6 hours. I hope someone has some help for me when I log in tomorrow. I've just downloaded the latest Firefox version and it won't load my Cornell email - adfs.ad.cornell.edu. I'm using a Macbook Pro. I can download the website on my iPhone.How do I get my email back?

All of a sudden when I go into Firefox and type in the web browser it comes up on left hand side of the screen and is so small that it is impossible to read. It has never done this before

Well, I wanted to provide PRIVATE feedback to the developers, but it appears that they are intent on avoiding that at all costs, continually steering me into posting on the public forum instead by not providing any other alternative. So be it. Remember, this was not my choice.

I was shocked to see the following results from Firefox's own presearch for the simple term "mom" (I was typing a longer word, but the presearch came out during my typing). I think your curation algorithms need some hard tweaking.

I have noticed that my browser saves certain data that was filled into forms on websites such as contact info, or 2FA codes. Of course, the all options for Logins and Passwords as well as Forms and Autofill are turned off. So I wonder, what causes this behavior? I would maybe think these are some cookies, but after clearing them and deleting all site data this still happens. For 2FA codes this is harmless. but I'm concerned Firefox may do this for passwords too. Anyway, why would I need to save info of TOTP?

This morning I had trouble updating my Firefox after the new update. Went to our IT people, who uninstalled Firefox, and installed a new one. The new one updated fine. However, I had forgotten my password, and had to reset it when logging in into the newly installed Firefox. Now I am logged in, but cannot see any of my bookmarks, etc. Essentially Firefox is treating my account as a new one and does not remember any of my settings. Is there anything I can do to recover my settings and bookmarks?

I appreciate the quick reply from your support staff yesterday. I followed instructions and was able to turn off the GIFs but FOR ONLY ONE TIME. As soon as I exited Firefox, or even the current page and returned to it they were back on. How do I keep them off permanently?

I am trying to access this web site https://www.wunderground.com/ When I click on this link all I get is a White page! If I use Safari it works perfectly. What must I do??
