Hello, I have all of a sudden having issues using We Transfer to download files in Firefox. It stops short of the full file, but says it is downloaded. I contacted We Transfer and they asked me to use the private window option. I did that and it worked. I told We Transfer and this was there response.

Incognito mode works without extensions, so if it worked in Incognito and not in the regular mode, please try to disable all extensions/firewall/ad-blockers to see if it helps with the normal mode.

I don't know how to find these in Firefox to do this.

Please help me.

Hello, I’m experiencing an issue where my website https://smartstartkids.com.ua doesn’t load at all in Firefox. When I try to open it, nothing happens or I get a message like “The connection was reset” or “Network error”.

The strange thing is that it works perfectly in Chrome and Microsoft Edge on the same devices and network.

Here’s what I’ve already tried: • Cleared Firefox cache and cookies • Created a new Firefox profile using firefox.exe -P • Disabled and fully uninstalled ESET antivirus • Turned off Windows Firewall • Reset DNS and Winsock via Command Prompt (ipconfig /flushdns, netsh winsock reset) • Checked proxy settings (set to “No proxy”) • Tried with HTTP3 disabled (network.http.http3.enabled = false) • Tried from two different PCs and networks — same result • The certificate shown is from “Sectigo”, not ESET, so it seems to be correct now

Still, Firefox is the only browser where this specific site doesn’t load. I’d appreciate any ideas or help!

1. i believe ur updating crashes my window 11 desk top

 2. While i'm watching youtube, doing word processing (.txt) or when i set the PC to 'Sleep' mode,
     my screen either freezes w the display or turns black.  In both cases, my mouse and keyboard
     won't work.  Thus, i have to re-boot to fix.  Even Control-Alternate-Delete won't work to get out

 3.  Request not to keep on showing your pop-up window at top RH corner saying:

      Update Available

      Download the latest ...

     <Download> <Dismiss>

    Hey, either one of those two buttons won't stop blocking my top RH corner of the screen.  It's rediculous.
    Even after i hit <Download>, the same pop-up shows up again n again.  Same w <Dismiss>.

    Just remind me once per week.  And don't crash my PC!!!

4. There is no 'Community' info on this annoying update pop-up problem. Just stop it!

Deleting accumulated labels for deleted bookmarks

Good day,

I organize my bookmarks progressively, categorizing them by folders and labels. The labels are stored (libraries - above all the bookmarks) within their respective folder "labels". I deleted some bookmarks a few days ago and noticed that I am unable to delete the labels which have accumulated and been automatically recorded in the "Labels" folder.

How can I delete these numerous labels that are no longer linked to any bookmarks ?

I use to be able to integrate my excel calendar and my wife's. Entries were different colors and changes on my computer showed up on my Ipad. Now I have my calendar but I can't find hers. Does she need to make a change on her excel as well?

in FF 137.02 Win11Pro there is no reopen previous session option in the history menu, even though in settings, history, "firefox will" is set to remember history. We tried reinstalling FF. No luck.

Is there a way to reopen the previous session?

Has that feature been deleted?

I am an enterprise professional looking for a way to manage updates to Firefox. The automatic update feature works wonders, but I need a way to manage this from a GPO standpoint so users cannot switch it off. Is this something you would be able help with?

Beforehand, I must say that I am a big fan of Firefox, I've been an user since the beginning. However, sadly I am switching to Safari due to the fact that I work with file transfers through Wetransfer platform and fro some unknown reason I get incomplete downloads from Firefox. I tried all the steps and procedures to refresh, uninstall, reinstall, troubleshoot mode and even switching accounts. Furthermore, nothing worked. I hope you guys can fix this issue and have me back. 1. 1 - first time sending FireFox bug issue. I took 1/2hr to type out my book mark issues, as specific detail as possible so it would be clear why your NEW Update messed up your BOOKMARK function - a first time and was DONE. went to bottom to click Submit. Saw the ask for Images, made the screenshots, uploaded screen shots here, saw your Button for "Data share"- not sure what this is but wanted to help you/help me, so I clicked it, said something next suggesting I Data share manually - link for HOW to Data share manual, decided was too much for my time right now - clicked the top window Arrow "Back" to THIS page AND 40MIN OF INFO WAS GONE!!!!

Don't put a button and ask for info suggesting I click or I move away from a page to HELP YOU !!! then lose all the work I just did. DON'T WASTE MY TIME!!! OMG - WTF!!! this is not a "fun thing" to spend time on during a busy day or ever. now don't care to re-type it and am leaving with bad experience. well done!

"Volunteers" - why are volunteers doing Firefox support work for free?

See attached screen shots. Bottom line-GO BACK TO THE OLD BOOKMARK FUNCTION where I can add a new bookmark AND put it in folder where I want it in 1 step.
