I recently purchased a new Mac Book Pro. After migrating my data from my old one I noticed that when using Firefox my Facebook account was not working properly. I no longer could access my own page or the pages of friends. However, I could access some group accounts I'm associated with. On Safari, everything works fine. I suspect something must have been compromised during the data migration.

I deleted the Firefox app from my new computer and then reinstalled it but to no avail. When I'm in Facebook and try to access my page I get an error message. My OS system to up to date and apparently my Firefox is up to date as well. Any suggestions? Thanks!

Hello. In the last few days when I visit my Shopify website, the pricing on my products is not visible. This is only for me, nobody else has this issue. I do not have this issue on Safari, or on Firefox when I open a private browsing window. It is something to do with Firefox, but I don't want to have to open a private window every time I go to my store. Is there a solution? This has only been happening for the last few days. Thanks

browsing website (reddit or amazon for example), the window scrolls to the top every time I move the mouse. doesn't happen all the time though, and only in Firefox. I've serached the internet and can't find anything related. Please help

when I click on the firefox icon to load it takes me to my home page, but within 20-30 seconds it loads firefox again. it is very frustrating when I.m starting something and firefox loads again taking me back to home page. I have to go down to the bottom and click off the second firefox. I don't know how or why this started. Thanks for any help.

i am setting up a new laptop and trying to import all my current data from my old pc. Nothing is right. It imported alll the shortcuts on my toolbar from years ago. None of these are the current bookmarks from my old pc. ive tried syncing, importing again, nothing works. my bookmarks on my side bar are years old. I dont have ANY of these on my old pc as i deleted them years ago. what the heck is happening and how do i get my new pc browser to look exactly as my old pc looks. This is very frustrating. I have over 500 bookmarks on my sidebar. it looks like every bookmark i have EVER used. This is ridiculous.

I have logged out of one Gmail account and want Firefox to use another, but Firefox ignores the one I want to use. How do I get Firefox to recognize a certain Gmail account so I can receive mail?

What is a security key? Where do I find it? Why does Firefox think I have one?

And why is there no helpful information to explain this confusing UX?

Canvas is working on all other browsers normally, but when I try to login on firefox an error 403 message shows up at the two factor authentification step. I allowed popups already in this browser so that is not the issue.

Hello. I have put my language everywhere on the settings which is latvian. For possible translations i have only put english. Some pages, for example, whatsapp web is showing in russian ( i mean the app data for sure, not the messages), also some homepages i use open automatically in russian. How can i put latvian by default or if its not available for the homepage, put english automatically?

I can't open firefox. message says "firefox quit unexpectedly" and it won't reload. I tried Force Quit. I tried restarting my computer. I tried completely shutting computer down and restarting. It happened very suddenly yesterday.

I have not been able to highlight and copy ~ even prior to the most recent update.

Even using control/ does not work.

This has been happening for about a year now, I followed the guide and tried the troubleshoot mode and my tabs still crashes.

Can anyone help me read the crash reports and find the cause or common issue?

I want to use extension xpi's from a shared external folder over multiple Linux profiles. So i examined the profile folder and found extensions.json. Though i can't find any documentation to it's keys online.

There's "rootURI:" with a "jar:file://path/to/extension.xpi!/", so i tried just replacing the path with the shared one. Though i observed that just makes firefox replace the path with the current one. So i examined further and found the "location:" key with the default value "app-profile". So my guess is, there's other values for other usecases, right?

So, in summary, what i need is:

• documentation to extensions.json keys or possible values to "location" key.
• if that isn't intended/doesn't work, how i can achieve my goal otherwise.

And please don't suggest the sync feature, that doesn't work for my usecase.

I frequently attempt to open news articles or other pages requiring form fill-in but instead get a page that advises me to disable an adblocker. I have no idea what Firefox (yes, up-to-date) uses or how I could set it to allow pop-ups for a particular site. Help!

After years of accessing www.youtube.com with Firefox with no problem, the website is no longer accessible as of yesterday. When I point my browser to that URL, I get a screen with greyed out video previews, greyed out titles, greyed out account access and a search window that does not do anything. I can access YouTube just fine with Safari. I've cleared my cache. Please advise.

So I'm having issues playing 4K videos fully on one YouTube channel: https://www.youtube.com/@ClearviewDriving

For some reason anything above 1080p gives me bad stuttering but on other channels videos don't stutter or freeze when playing 1440p or 4K quality.

Firefox is updated, I don't use Extensions other than Ad Blocker and I have that off on YouTube anyway. Seems strange that it'd only affect one specific channel.

I have a very good gaming PC too so the hardware isn't the issue.

Hi, i just got a new laptop (Asus Zephryus G16, 2560 x 1600 screen) and after installing Firefox there is a thin white border to the left of the screen when running in fit screen. This problem is not present when in a windowed mode or in F11 full screen.

I tried updating the Intel Arc drivers but this did not fix the problem. Changing to compatibility mode also did not fix te problem.

PS: in the uploaded screenshots it is quite dificult to see the white line(because the background is also white), but when the image is viewed in a new tab it is visible.

My Browser keeps on telling me there is an update... I've updated, reinstalled the latest version and it still keeps giving a pop-up saying there is an update...

How do I get rid of these pop-ups???
