Not much to work with here. What is the IP site you are referring to?
Do you get any error messages?
SMTP is for sending and has nothing to do with receiving email. That would be a POP or IMAP server's job.

SMTP is for sending and has nothing to do with receiving email. That would be a POP or IMAP server's job.
My problem is solved. What was causing the problem was an incorrect password. The password was wrong but there was no notice of such. Thanks for your help.
