On a Mac, and only in the last 6 months. My bank has upgraded its interface (more dynamic possibly using Ajax), and Firefox cannot display my account information. Safari and my PC can. Various websites which have drop-down selections for searches, the drop down is inactive (iStockphoto.com main search). I am finding this issue more and more with recent Firefox (now 13) on Mac 10.6. So much so that I feel I should go to Safari. James

It could be that one of your add-ons is interfering. You can try to troubleshoot and figure out which one it could be. Instructions for that are here - Troubleshoot extensions, themes and hardware acceleration issues to solve common Firefox problems

Another approach would be to reset Firefox. Instructions for that are here - Refresh Firefox - reset add-ons and settings

Thanks Verdi, Strangely an add-on for anti-virus Kaspersky or a malware in that guise was causing the problem. Much appreciated. James
