keep getting "install set" message which freezes page everytime page reloads new content

just updated to firefox 4 and since the message box "install Set" pops up.can not continue with browser as this locks page.also if page needs to load multiple articles,the message box repeats for each one,so at times there are numerous message boxes that you need to close to continue.I have just quit using fire fox, and am thinking of removing from my computer.very frustrating!!!
