You can go to Bookmarks -> Organise bookmarks, import/export menu, export to html at the other laptop. Put the html file to a shared location or a flash drive and import at this PC.

Tried this and the copy is on Library, and can not export to my new computer, so still frustrated, spending hrs and nothing is happening.

I don't know how or can't export to an html at the laptop. I went into my Library menue, copied a bookmark file and put on a usb drive and put on new Mac computer and nothing.

After you put the HTML file on the Mac computer, you have to go to the organise bookmarks window and import it using the import/backup button.
