You need to click outside the Flash object to remove the focus from that object and set it to something else. Otherwise the Flash plugin will eat all keypresses.
ya i noticed that! but in my humble opinion that's can be called some poor user behavior! there should be an option to discard flash and give priority to Firefox to catch specific key presses/ combination.
Google chrome was born yesterday! and it doesn't have this issue...
