I'm having the same problem of recent origin with my Samsung tablet. The search engine is Duck, duck go. I'm trying to print from a website and get the error message above. The steps I took, which used to work, are tap the three dots in the upper right hand corner, scroll down to the print icon, press print. This brings up the printer screen, where I set it for double sided printing and the specific pages I want to print. Then I press print on that screen. The printer responds, initialized and say printing, but then sends the above error message to my tablet.

My desktop is printing items, but verrrrry slowwwwly. Again, a problem of recent duration, maybe started two weeks ago. I've cleared and updated the printer drivers so maybe it's Firefox?
