- What version of Thunderbird?

- What is your operating system?

- Who are your email providers?

- Are they IMAP accounts or POP3?

- Please describe what you mean by "will not load." What error messages do you see? Please quote them precisely and in full. Screen shots would suffice.

- What lead up to this? OS updates? Thunderbird update? Other computer problems?

TB is too complex with NO easy to understand solutions to software problems. NONE of the available "troubleshooting" or any help did anything. Where is K.I.S.S. for us simple users ?

Do you actually want some help? If so, you need to be prepared to clearly define your problem and answer some questions.

Thunderbird is a powerful program, with many useful options and features, and is very customizable. It's perfect for those who need lots of control over their email. But it may not be right for everybody. For those who don't need those features and degree of control, and who find the program difficult to manage, there are other, simpler email programs.

You might be happier using your email provider's web mail service.
